Na workshope sme sa venovali modelu \u017eivotn\u00e9ho cyklu mentoringu. U\u010dili sme sa ako pomenova\u0165 ciele mentoringu, ktor\u00e9 by mali by\u0165 nielen tradi\u010dne SMART ale SMARTED, doplnen\u00e9 o E (excited) a R (recorded). Rozpr\u00e1vali sme sa ako vhodne nastavi\u0165 vz\u0165ah medzi mentorom a mentorovan\u00fdm a ako kl\u00e1s\u0165 tie spr\u00e1vne ot\u00e1zky. Zistili sme, \u017ee rozhovor s mentorom potrebuje by\u0165 zakon\u010den\u00fd pomenovan\u00edm ak\u010dn\u00fdch krokov, aby mohol vies\u0165 ku pozit\u00edvnej zmene. Nau\u010dili sme sa ako funguj\u00fa kon\u0161trukt\u00edvne ot\u00e1zky a ak\u00e9 s\u00fa d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 pre uvedomenie a pl\u00e1novanie mentorovan\u00e9ho. Na z\u00e1ver sme si vysk\u00fa\u0161ali mentoringov\u00fd rozhovor.
