Spolu s\u00a0kolegami a\u00a0kolegy\u0148ami zo Strojn\u00edckej fakulty sme sa spolo\u010dne vzdel\u00e1vali v\u00a0technike Scrum. Scrum je r\u00e1mec pre rie\u0161enie r\u00f4znorod\u00fdch projektov, ktor\u00fd pom\u00e1ha t\u00edmom pracova\u0165 efekt\u00edvne, produkt\u00edvne a\u00a0r\u00fdchlo. Scrum m\u00e1 \u0161irok\u00e9 vyu\u017eitie, jeho princ\u00edpy v\u00a0be\u017enom \u017eivote m\u00f4\u017eete vyu\u017ei\u0165 pri pl\u00e1novan\u00ed rekon\u0161trukcie alebo pr\u00edpravy ve\u013ek\u00e9ho podujatia.<\/p>\n

Rovnako je mo\u017en\u00e9 aplikova\u0165 ho aj do vzdel\u00e1vania. Preto sme sa rozpr\u00e1vali o EduScrum, \u010do je Scrum aplikovan\u00fd do r\u00f4znych predmetov napr. na v\u00fdu\u010dbu jazykov, matematiky, marketingu a\u00a0\u010fal\u0161\u00edch predmetov. \u00a0EduScrum pom\u00e1ha zlep\u0161i\u0165 spolupr\u00e1cu a komunik\u00e1ciu medzi \u0161tudentmi a\u00a0u\u010dite\u013eom. Podporuje auton\u00f3miu a\u00a0spolupr\u00e1cu \u0161tudentov, zvy\u0161uje ich a z\u00e1ujem o u\u010denie sa a\u00a0t\u00fdm prispieva ku zv\u00fd\u0161eniu kvality a efekt\u00edvnosti v\u00fdu\u010dby.<\/p>\n

Po\u010das \u0161kolenia sme si na z\u00e1bavn\u00fdch \u00faloh\u00e1ch vysk\u00fa\u0161ali r\u00f4zne role v\u00a0t\u00edmoch a\u00a0simulovali sme rie\u0161enie aj zlo\u017eitej\u0161ieho projektu pri skladan\u00ed Lego robota v\u00a0nieko\u013ek\u00fdch \u0161printoch.<\/p>\n

V\u0161etci \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci a\u00a0\u00fa\u010dastn\u00ed\u010dky z\u00edskali hodnotn\u00fd certifik\u00e1t a\u00a0najm\u00e4 vedomosti o\u00a0tom, ako efekt\u00edvnej\u0161ie plni\u0165 pracovn\u00e9 \u00falohy v\u00a0t\u00edmoch. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 sme z\u00edskali in\u0161pir\u00e1cie do v\u00fdu\u010dby.
