
The project is part of the Erasmus+ KA2 programme and will run over the next two years. We believe that the outcomes of the project will help HR professionals better respond to demographic changes and support the creation of more inclusive workplaces across Europe.

New Project at the Faculty: Upskilling paths for HR professionals to IMprove AGE management
The Faculty of [faculty name] has joined an international project Upskilling paths for HR professionals to IMprove AGE management (IMAGE), aimed at strengthening the competencies of HR professionals in managing age diversity in the workplace.
The project focuses on three main areas:

updating the curricula for HR professionals with a focus on age management and diversity,

developing practical training programmes for HR managers,

sharing best practices and promoting inclusive business strategies.
The project kick-off meeting took place from 18 to 20 February 2025 in Rome. The partners discussed the activity timeline, working methods, and specific steps to achieve the project goals. The meeting was hosted by Studio Saperessere and attended by representatives from EVTA, UniBo, BAPM, TUKE, and ISG International Business School.
